The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

Having been built and completed in 2019 by us, it is still a new and modern property which we newly furnished in 2021. You will have everything provided inside for a cosy and welcoming stay, with free Wifi and Netflix added to the TV too.
