Jacaranda consists in 3 apartments in an old house recently renovated, the GARDEN STUDIO on the ground floor with access to the courtyard, and on the first floor overlooking the garden: the ARTIST STUDIO and JACARANDA SUITE This is the GARDEN STUDIO, a very nice 1 room apartment, with a queen bed or two twins, upon request. The private bathroom has shower, and there is also a small kitchenette that is not inside the bedroom. No oven, no full kitchen. This apartment is the only one with access to our courtyard, a kind of outdoors living. There is also a nice and quiet art gallery next to the courtyard, open Tue to Sat 3 pm to 8 pm, they are our partners. The room has air conditioning, cable TV -now new LED TVs 24"!-, free Internet Wi Fi, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, safe box, hair dryer, towel heater, between others services. Sheets and towels are 100% cotton, excellent quality. We leave complimentary water, tea and coffee for your breakfast in the apartment, or we can give you a voucher discount to go to a nice bar nearby: @Ispica.caffe Breakfast with croissants and orange juice for 4 usd or any other breakfast 10% discount. Regular time for check-ins and check-outs: Check in: 13:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Depending on availability, check in and check out time are flexible. There is a place to keep safe your luggage after check out or before check in. There is no front desk, so it is necesary to organize check in time in advance. Jacaranda location is excellent, this is the main neighborhood for young tourist, surrounded by restaurants, small fancy shops, design stores, etc. Only 3 blocks from Plaza Serrano Cortázar, the well known small square in Soho, and also close to Palermo Hollywood´s bars. It would be quite easy for you to go to other areas of BA by bus, subway or taxi. Taxis are quite cheap here, and it would take no more than 15 minutes to Recoleta or half an hour to La Boca. If you like we can help about your transfer from Ezeiza airport giving you the contact of a reliable and cheap taxi company. Other option is Tienda León Bus. This shuttle service is quite convenient if you are a single traveler. It is cheaper, though takes you much more time.
