Only a 2 min uber ride to the heart of fun nightlife in Wilmington, a private hot tub, an outdoor fire table, and the most comfortable beds you'll ever find, all within this uniquely designed atmosphere.

Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat. Surfrider Siesta is a very comfortable, family friendly place to stay. Fully equipped with all the cooking essentials, washer & dryer unit within condo, WiFi and cable. Private beach access is 100 steps from the front door. The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Welcome to Maggie's Oasis! With a lush landscape, sparkling pool/spa, and ample entertainment space, this private retreat is perfect for relaxation and gatherings. Fully fenced-in for safety, it's a haven for both humans and pets. Enjoy the tranquil outdoor ambiance, stunning interior, and well appointed rooms and kitchen. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!
