Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Modern house by the sea

Απολαύστε τις διακοπές σας στον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο μας. Βρίσκεται στον κόλπο Γέρας, πλάι στη θάλασσα με απέραντη θέα. Ποδηλασία, κολύμπι ,περίπατος ,ψάρεμα ,επαφή με τη φύση μερικές από τις δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται επί του παραλιακού δρόμου Μυτιλήνης Πλωμαρίου. Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .

Jano's House

Inside the traditional and renowned village of Plomari, in Tarsanas, lies our lovely, recently-refurbished, detached house. Measuring just over 130 sq. meters, it consists of a kitchen,2 bathrooms, living room, 2 bedrooms and a big balcony. Being spacious, built of stone and amply lighted, it can accommodate up to 6 visitors at any given moment. Guests can choose to savor the seaside, which is roughly 500 meters away, or enjoy the amenities that the Plomari square has to offer.

Welcome to my family's Traditional House. This lovely place just finished with fully renovation from scratch. It is a 3 floor house in Plomari Village next to Sedounda river. It is 6 min walking for the center where. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to St. Ioannis church and 1 min from "Ermis Restaurant". We follow all the necessary precautions during cleaning against cover-19 virus. Enjoy your stay!

Near the bus station, taxi station and 10 minutes on foot, from the port. Very close to the supermarket. P.s there is air-conditioning in the attic.
