Nautical loft guest house with hot tub and sauna

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Lionsgate is the perfect retreat to refresh the soul. Newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen with comfortable amenities provide a home away from feel. Cohasset, jewel of the South Shore is a quintessential New England seaside village located half way between Boston and Cape Cod. The ocean offers abundant recreation opportunities as well as plentiful parks for hiking and biking. A must visit.

Charming cottage with an ocean view in a private setting seaside community with updated kitchen that does NOT include a stove there is a cooktop, microwave and toaster oven, 3/4 bathroom w a shower. Welcome to Main Street on the Park! The morning sun will greet you in the bright apartment in our big white house with a yellow front door. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in downtown Plymouth. It is just a five minute walk to the 1620 Hotel, Mayflower, Plymouth Rock, beach, waterfront restaurants, Main Street boutiques & coffee shops, etc. Five minute drive to T station (in Kingston) for fun day trips to Boston without the traffic. Easy drive to Cape Cod for day trips as well! This newly renovated, yet charming, 2 bedroom first floor apartment is a perfect get away.

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
