This neighborhood provides little traffic and is perfect for walking and biking. Sherry’s house is handicapped accessible, two bedrooms (master has queen adjustable bed), two full baths, office / laundry room, and garage. This location is just 6.4 miles from Historic Downtown Edenton which offers restaurants, shopping, historic tours, and beautiful views of the water.

It is located in the back yard of our home among gardens and a quiet neighborhood. Its only a 4+ block walk to the Barker House, Cupola House, Waterfront Park, and other points of interest. This very charming Cabin has just been restored in Fall 2019 with all new floors, walls, HVAC, Bathroom, TVs up and Down, furniture, etc. Some limited cooking features.

The house is a short drive to Bell Island Swan Quarter Fishing Pier.

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

Fresh air, open skies and a lot of space. A place where children can run and adults can play ride bikes and take long walks. Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge and six other wildlife refuges are located within an easy drive. Our community of Terra Ceia is located in the center of the historic towns of Belhaven, Bath, Plymouth and Washington. A day trip to the Atlantic Ocean is easy as the cottage is approximately ninety miles to beaches both north and south.

Betty’s Bungalow Is located 4 miles south of Columbia on Levels Road. You can enjoy walking around the farm, the quiet Levels community, or along the boardwalk in the picturesque town of Columbia. There is ample parking for boats and horse trailers. Pasture board is available for the equestrian enthusiasts for a nominal fee. When out and about, be sure to visit the Columbia Museum and the visitor center and learn about the history of Columbia.

The stone fireplaces and original wooden floors all combine to give the house its beautiful, unique character. The wraparound deck gives magnificent views of the pond and yard, often with the wildlife that share the home with guests. There is plenty of room for everyone, with five bedrooms, each with their own bath.
