We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

We really want you to experience the beauty of our area. We live on a safe and quiet peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides,close to Cornwall via the foot ferry, close to Brittany Ferries. You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

The room has a cupboard with hanging space and shelves, small bedside table, lamp and radio and stool.

The River Room is a small en-suite double on the ground floor with a king sized bed.
