Home features gas forced air heat, central air conditioning, a full kitchen, bathroom with spacious shower, over/under washer dryer, electric fireplace, water softener, Wi-Fi, and utilities included. The bed can be utilized as a King or split into two Twin XL beds. Commanding views are afforded from the bedroom and kitchen. Pickleball court and basketball hoop adjoin the home.

There is plenty of room for your family to sleep and be comfortable, along with an open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining/family area. Enjoy the big back yard, the game room/garage, choose from one of our many board games, or go enjoy the town! There is plenty do all year long.

You have the best view of the city, and trails for walking or biking right out the front door. There is an office space for remote work, and a theatre room in the basement. We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away.
