Gold Legend Paukkula #1 Apartments Saariselkä on uusi edullisesti hinnoiteltu majoituskohde Saariselällä. Paukkula #1 on neljän asunnon rivitalon parvellinen päätyasunto omalla saunalla. Asunnossa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, olohuone jossa 50" smart-TV sekä tunnelmallinen avotakka ja mukava vuodekulmasohva. Parvella on yksi 160cm parivuode sekä kaksi yhden hengen vuodetta. Parvitilan voi rajata verholla kahdeksi makuuhuoneeksi. Asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti, kaksi ulkovarastoa sekä terassi.

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

Kohde sopii parhaiten Lapin luonnon, historian ja hiljaisuuden ystävälle, joka ei pelkää talvella pimeää eikä kesällä sääskiä. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

The apartment is renovated in the year 2017 and it is a part of the bigger building. It is located 400 meters from our home ( and the lake), 18 km from Inari (nearest grocery and restaurants) and 350 km from Rovaniemi. In the apartment you will find all normal facilities and sauna. This is a good place to see Northern Lights and beautiful nature is around you here. If you are interested to see how people really live in Lappland, but you also appreciate your own peace, this place is for you.

The cabin lies on an island, the last part needs to be walked over the ice (safe from mid-December till April) or rowed with our small rowing boat (included). A cabin for those who want to cocoon surrounded by nature, gaze at northern lights undisturbedly, discover untouched snowy forests on snowshoes (included) and sleep in absolute silence.
