Ample parking, including a double carport that's tall enough for your boat, and a securely fenced yard to keep your pooch safely on the property. The spacious living area opens onto a large north facing deck for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. This hideaway is the perfect getaway.

Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. We have solar power and CANNOT charge EVs. So please do not book, thanks!

Enjoy this cozy, comfy studio apartment with all the amenities to make it like a home away from home. Suitable for a single, a couple, or a family unit with up to 2 children and 1 infant. One kilometre walk to the shops, cafes and the local beach is only 200 metres from there. Porta- cot available. Not suited to loud entertaining or parties. Ocean Grove is a fantastic town on the Bellarine with great beaches for surfing and swimming and an inlet area that's great for children. We have trendy cafes, a nearby supermarket (open late), shops, restaurants and sports facilities (golf course, indoor swimming, bowling, etc.)

Centrally located fully self contained granny flat located 5 minute walk from shops, 5 minute drive to beach and across the road from a park. Free street parking available. Lounge has double sofa bed so it can accommodate up to 4 people on request. Fully enclosed Bbq area available for use as well.
