Boolarong - Iconic Architect Designed Beach House

Boolarong is a contemporary award wining 3 level beach house with expansive views of the Coral Sea to Moreton Island. Designed by architect Shane Thompson, Boolarong showcases Queensland modern casual beach living. The top level features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining opening to the verandah. Straddie Treehouse

Straddie Treehouse, set over two levels and surrounded by greenery, is located in the heart of Point Lookout - colourful, casual and close to almost everything the Point has to offer. It comprises of a full kitchen, 3 large airy bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with separate toilet), a generous living space. There are decks on both levels and a loft accessed by a ladder which is not to be accessed. Dogs and children are welcome. Cleaning Fee includes linen hire, just pack your beach towel.

This listing is for the private use of the entire 2 storey house. With a relaxed Caribbean feel, this spacious house is suitable for one/two families.
