Acacia Cottage is a recently refurbished modern country cabin on the doorstep of the Hunter Valley wine region, which makes this an ideal base from which to explore everything this region has to offer. The cottage is situated on Wattle Valley Farm adjacent to our living quarters and a short walk to the iconic Wollombi Brook. During your stay, you might even come across some of our friendly native residents like wombats, kangaroos, playpus, echidnas, goannas, kookaburras and black cockatoos.

Palm Cottage is located close to the lake and is a great base to explore vineyards, mountains, beaches, the city of Newcastle and so much more. It's quite romantic to sit in the moonlight and feel the lake breeze in the evening. Through day you might like to try your luck at a spot of fishing from our jetty or enjoy a stroll down the main street looking through the boutique shops of Toronto 2 minutes away. A row of gourmet cafe/restaurants that face the lake.

Take in majestic views, stunning sunsets, stargazing or the varied cloud formations as they travel over the ranges. Watagan View Guest House is located at the base of the Watagan Mountain Range overlooking rolling fields (1hr 40 mins from Sydney CBD). The famous Hunter Valley vineyards, top restaurants, cafes, golf courses, concert venues are on your doorstep being a 20min drive away. Wine tours (including private tours) can pick up/drop off to your door.

My Summerland Home

Fully self contained studio on an absolute waterfront property, separated from the main house and with full access to the waterfront. This freshly renovated studio offers a king size bed , private en-suite, lounge-dining and kitchenette with all you need for a getaway on the shores of Lake Macquarie. Enjoy full use of the waterfront location using our kayaks , paddle boards, fishing gear and deep water jetty. Sundowners , lazy days awaits you.
