Sie betreten das Haus durch den hinteren Eingang und gelangen ins Stiegenhaus, welches auch von uns genutzt wird. Sie gelangen ins Dachgeschoss, wo sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Diese zeitgeistige Wohnung mit rund 74m² Wohnfläche verschönert ihren Urlaub. Die Immobilie wurde komplett neu renoviert und befindet sich in einem 3-Parteien-Haus, familiär und ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Rosenstadt Tulln hat viel Sehenswertes. Das Egon Schiele Museum befindet sich direkt an der schönen Donaulände. Für Gartenliebhaber empfehlen wir die Garten Tulln zu besuchen. Jährlich tummeln sich viele Besucher bei den zahlreichen Messen in Tulln.

Apartment with 3 rooms one behind the other in a seperate part of a villa on the western outskirts of Vienna. Good public transport connections (train and bus) to the center, 1 private parking spot in front of the house. Cosy winter garden, charming Biedermeier-room with kingsize bed, single bed and seating group. Bedroom (two doors) with double bed and bunk bed. Convenient kitchen with sofa, dining place, dishwasher, oven inclusive microwave. Bathroom includes toilet and shower.

URBAN UNIT | nearby city center

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Unser kuscheliges Häuschen aus den 60er-Jahren wurde innen komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

My apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century villa, which is perfect for families with small children. You'll love it. Play, climb, swing, slide, hide - your children will be busy here and you can enjoy your holiday. Toys, books, doll kitchen, ride-on cars, stroller for two, baby bed, step stool, baby monitor... Check-out on Mondays at 7.45am! Otherwise at 4 p.m. Max. occupancy: 2-3 adults with 2-3 children. Max 5 people in total.

Explore the most liveable City from our brand new stylish apartment. 2 min to the Underground Station U3 Ottakring with direct connection to the city center (14min) and direct connection to the Castle of Schönbrunn and the world oldest Zoo via Tram 10 (20min) Around the corner you will find the oldest wine tavern of Vienna the “Heurigen 10er Marie”. Also you can find many good restaurants, grocery shops Pharmacy etc. Towels included!

Guest in "The Schlössl", Parking, near Subway

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
