It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. If you're wanting to bring your furry friend(s), please note that they need to be approved first. The pet fee is nonrefundable and is $75 per pet. The property includes a large back yard.

Additional $150 will be charged for additional guests. $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets must be crated when not home.
