There's something for everyone in this private apartment that sits on the hills overlooking the Willamette Valley. Quiet and peaceful with views for miles. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This location offers several wineries nearby and easy access to all the valley has to offer. The apartment hosts two spacious bedrooms, large living area, a pool table, reading corner, small dining space and kitchenette. Guests have use of the covered patio to sit and enjoy the view.

Condo in Natural Setting w/ Hot tub

The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

The studio is a renovated historic 1895 Victorian home called The Hedges House and is perfectly located to enjoy everything Independence and Monmouth have to offer. This is a daylight basement level of a three story home in an upscale area in the hills of West Salem. There is a private entrance, no contact with owners or other guests. 1 bdrm with a queen bed, kitchen, dining, full bath, and living area, fitness rm, and a pool table. There is a private laundry and patio with BBQ. Close to Salem, 5 miles from the capitol and close to many Oregon wineries. Lovely wooded neighborhood with good walking although hilly. Fully sanitized.
