The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

Hedges House - Upstairs

Check out this cute upstairs unit in a restored historic 1895 Victorian home called The Hedges House. It is perfectly located to enjoy everything Independence has to offer. There is also a free trolley to explore the adjoining town of Independence and its riverfront, restaurants, bars/breweries and shops.

Our small horse farm will make you feel calm and serene as you enjoy your stay at the Roddy Ranch. Please be aware, this is an upstairs apartment.
