Private Cheerful Guesthouse - Room to Relax!

Our guesthouse is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit)—that is, a private, separate structure on our property with one bedroom (Q-size bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, and living/dining area. The small sofa opens to a double bed and the ottoman opens to a cot-sized bed; however, neither is comfortable for adults ;-/ There’s a small porch for sipping lemonade and plenty of parking. There’s a 50” Roku TV, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Quiet Cozy Duplex, Great Location

This quiet neighborhood is easy walking distance to Bush Pasture Park, Best Little Steakhouse and mini golf, Dutch Bro’s Coffee, Whites Restaurant, a coffee shop and much more. It’s less than a mile to downtown shopping and eateries, and Riverfront Park and the connected Minto Brown Park, with a dog park and miles of walking or biking trails. A few miles farther will take you to the wonderful Oregon Gardens in charming little city of Silverton. Or keep going to beautiful Silver Falls Park

Farm stay & animals on beautiful country property

Come and stay at our working farm. You will stay in the newly remodeled apartment. You will have views of the beautiful property. There is a pond with ducks, fields with Texas Longhorn cows, fields with Scottish Highland cows and fields with Holstein cows, sheep and pigs.There are also chickens that lay eggs for a fresh breakfast. The cows love visitors and getting brushed and fed treats. There is a large man-cave with a pool table, X-Box and bar. Door can be rolled up for outside fun.

Cozy Woods Getaway with no Cleaning Fees/Chores!

Great little getaway spot far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The noise of the nearest highway is over a mile away. Experience the relaxing sounds of the surrounding forest while you enjoy all the comforts of home inside or, if you're of the fit and adventurous variety, make your way through the trees to the babbling brook you can fall asleep listening to at night. Everything you can possibly need is less than a half hour's drive away from this place of peace and quiet.

Town n Country

Modern farm cottage located on our 2 acre lifestyle block for you to relax and enjoy our farm scenery. On the property we have chickens, rooster and ducks that roam freely. We want you to enjoy your stay and we welcome you here at the cottage. Cottage sleeps 4 guest max. If you need anything or there is a problem we are close by in the main house on the property. We take great pride in our cottage. Everything laundered and cleaned after each guest.

Private guest suite, private entrance

No checkout chores and pets stay free :) A beautifully unique cedar craft home on small acreage on the edge of town, this ground floor guest suite has all the amenities of my favorite hotels, like Hyatt, Westin and Marriott. This rustic-modern space has a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, filtered water, microwave, hot plate, toaster and several coffee makers. Deer are daily visitors, along with a variety of wild birds and many other friendly critters.

Garden studio apt

Light and roomy, opening onto garden, this apartment is private, quiet and secure. The spacious bedroom/ sitting room opens onto a private garden patio that can be enjoyed year-round. The bookshelf-lined den with a couch, TV, dining area, and gas fireplace is welcoming. The apartment includes a kitchen/laundry room and bathroom. Close to downtown and to bike and walking trails. Special pricing available for monthly or longer stays.

Country Stay @ Roddy Ranch

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the country. We are conveniently located between Salem and Albany and only 1/2 mile from I-5. Our comfortable and well appointed apartment has beautiful views of the orchards and farm fields that surround us. Our small horse farm will make you feel calm and serene as you enjoy your stay at the Roddy Ranch. Please be aware, this is an upstairs apartment.

Quiet cabin on 100 acres

Your own cabin set on acreage of cherry orchards and forests. Peaceful for relaxing, to rejuvenate, and breath fresh air. 400 sq feet of hospitality. Full kitchen, bath with washer/dryer, front room with queen futon, loft with a king bed, front porch for early morning coffee or late evening conversations. The cabin is an open concept and does NOT have a private room.
