It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Birdhouse on the Lake is located on 39 wooded acres on Lake Livingston! You have wonderful lake sunset views, woods to explore, and space to make memories and relax! The entire house was remodeled in Fall of 2021! A new AC unit was installed as well. The house has a game room, outdoor yard games, and a fire pit! Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!)
