Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage with the huge bonus of private parking! It is in the centre of a beautiful fishing village, a stones throw from the pubs, restaurants and beautiful shops around the harbour. Our newly refurbished stylish home has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles (one en-suite) and one set of bunk beds. We welcome well behaved dogs who get their own outdoor shower! There is a further family bathroom, utility, toilet, and office area.

It has a good sized lounge with real fire and exposed beams, two spacious bedrooms and a sunny roof terrace. A few steps from the door and you are in the thick of things, with plenty of traditional pubs, restaurants and interesting shops to keep you entertained. A reserved parking space is just a few minutes walk. The SW Coastal Path is close by.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
