The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Excellent location in Fowey with parking

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

Seashells, dog friendly, fabulous harbour views

Seashells is an end of terrace cottage, overlooking the harbour, and situated in the heart of the pretty village of Polruan. The cottage has been lovingly renovated by the present owners. It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. Krowji means ‘cottage’ or ‘cabin’ in Cornish and is a timber-framed single-storey build next to our 300 year old cottage. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Situated on the Saints Way footpath to Fowey, we are ideally located to relax and explore the local area. We are a short stroll away from the waterside village pub, The Fisherman's Arms and in the village you'll find water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding to name a few...

Pepper Pot - a dinky bolthole.

Pepper Pot is a smart dinky bolthole, perfect for two, with direct water access down steps to the sea. There is a terrace and a large window seat with panoramic views of Fowey Harbour. Hop on the Polruan Ferry to Fowey for lots of good places to eat or visit one of the two local pubs only 5 minutes walk away. There is a kitchenette perfect for rustling up meals and a king size bed. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for guests and there is a mooring available if required.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
