Cozy 1930s lumberjack cabin updated with modern plumbing. Enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the deer and other wildlife grazing and moving through the yard. Due to the wildlife situation we ask that you do not bring pets. Close to McDonald Lake (15 mins), Kickinghorse reservoir (10 minutes) and Flathead Lake (25 mins). Glacier park is only a bit over an hour to reach from here. Many local activities in the summer or plan a hike in the beautiful Mission mountains. Peaceful and relaxing.

It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer and climate control. One small bedroom with a queen bed downstairs and a loft with a second queen bed, a twin bed and a small sitting area upstairs provide ample sleeping space. The views are spectacular as you can enjoy 360 degree views of the valley, Flathead Lake, Glacier Park, The Swan Mountains, Blacktail Mountain and the big skies and stars of Montana. The only land in between our farm and the lake is a waterfowl preserve. Plenty of wildlife on the property and it is a wonderful spot to enjoy Flathead Valley.

Exploring is endless in the Flathead with two ski mountain with in 20 mile and many hiking, biking and walking trails. A quick drive to Kalispell, Bigfork, Lakeside, Whitefish and Polson and just 40 miles to Glacier National Park. Public beach and boat launch is just two mile down the road. Go ahead bring your boat! Plenty of parking and a great turn around area on the property.

Designed for 2 people, this 400 square foot log cabin rental has a queen size log bed and a fold down couch. Fully equipped kitchen & bath with all pots and pans and linens, and gas BBQ. There is no tv or phone, but we do have free WIFI, and cell service. The Covered Porch frames the incredible Flathead Lake views.
