My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. The Cob - Polzeath / Rock - Stunning Barn

My husband converted this Cob Barn into a beautiful one level cottage. Full of character, and very comfortable and cosy! It is perfect for either one family with up to three children or two couples. Fantastic location as we are one mile from Polzeath and two miles from Rock. However, we are in a very rural spot so far from the maddening summer crowds - yet on the doorstep of everything. We welcome dogs but do charge a small extra cleaning charge of £15 per dog. Please do check with us first.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
