Casa com dois pisos, quintal e terraço a 2 minutos a pé da Praia das Melicias e a 4km do centro de Ponta Delgada, Açores. Muito confortável e ideal para quem pratica desportos ligados ao mar (surf, bodybord, kitesurf). Os hóspedes têm acesso a todo o espaço da casa: dois quartos, cozinha, sala, área de refeição, terraço e quintal. Por motivos profissionais a recepção será feita por pessoa contratada. No entanto estarei ao dispor no final do dia para resolver alguma necessidade surgida. Existe um passeio pedestre com ciclovia que faz ligação ao centro da cidade, onde pode fazer caminhadas ou jogging. A praia, depois da época balnear, é utilizada para desportos ligados ao mar. Na estrada perpendicular existem transportes públicos que fazem ligação para o centro da cidade e para alguns pontos turísticos da ilha.

Cosy house with a magnificent ocean view and the most famous landmark in Azores - Ilhéu de Vila. Strategically located in Vila Franca do Campo, in the central part of the São Miguel island, which makes it an excellent starting point for trips to every corner of the island; it is well connected by expressway with the capital of the island and with the airport (about 20 minutes by car). A lot of restaurants within a walking distance! The unique microclimate makes the town extremely sunny.

A private garden paradise that's a short walk to Ponta Delgada’s city center and many amazing restaurants! You’ll find comfortable beds with cotton sheets, a washer and dryer, heating/cooling units, and a well-stocked kitchens. Also, unlike much of the city center, our street is still home to many locals providing a more authentic experience. Finally, our house is solar powered and we have a compost! Our place has great views, is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We love this house because of the ocean view and the sound of the ocean. Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends. The house is nicknamed the love shack for it's appeal and charm. It is good for couples, family of four or solo adventurers, We hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do.

The road accessibility to Lagoa is also good, and it is easy to get to the main sightseeings of São Miguel. Casa de Santa Cruz is spacious and it has privacy. It has an enjoyable backyard, with a little orchard and vegetable garden.
