Luxury Apartment in Pontcanna

Located in a new development in popular Pontcanna with a variety of coffee shops, bars and restaurants, this luxury flat is situated close to the city centre and attractions. It has it's own balcony, super fast WiFi. and is non-smoking. There is free parking available on the roads surrounding the property. There's a smart TV with Virgin media and built in streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and washing machine, a luxurious bathroom and sofa bed in the lounge.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Once inside, there is a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area complete with sofa, TV and coffee/dining table (the coffee table lifts up for more comfortable dining experience). The bedroom is again a nice spacious room, complete with wardrobe and dressing table. There are usb sockets on each side of the bed. Private en-suite bathroom with shower.
