Open plan living space with large L shaped sofa/bed, 43" TV, & fully equipped integrated kitchen. Family shower room, & an en-suite to the Master bedroom, which also has a fitted double wardrobe, 32” TV & king-size bed. The twin bedroom has two single beds. The patio doors lead to a wraparound veranda.

Our secluded lodge is located on peaceful grounds, situated next to the River Avon, with fishing and hot tub (extra charge) Inside is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, living area with double sofa bed, kitchen with appliances and dining table, wood burner and TV. A beautiful two bed house with garden and off street parking in an excellent location in Poole Dorset. The property features a new luxury bathroom installed in June 2021. There is an additional double sofa bed in the second living room. The property is moments from popular Ashley Cross with its bustling bars and restaurants and only a five minute drive to the award winning beaches of Sandbanks and Branksome Chine. Guests also have the open spaces of Poole Park only 5 minutes walk away.

The Dudsbury Lodge is a lovely modern day cabin set in a semi rural area over looking lovely fields with its own private parking and courtyard for the perfect evening BBQ with the friends and family to relax in comfort with the stunning long ham lakes near by for an evening walks, local pubs and restaurants at a walking distance and only a short drive to the award winning beaches in Bournemouth, pets are allowed but must be well trained and additional cost of £20 payable on check in.
