It has been the venue for many happy family gatherings over the last 20 years, and in 2023 it was remodeled to a very high standard using top tier materials, appliances and furniture in order to provide superior comfort all year round. And it is only a 15 minute walk to Lagos old town, the marina and lots of nice restaurants. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were renovated recently and the furniture is brand new. Godrete di una vista spettacolare sulle spiagge, sulla passeggiata e sul caratteristico paese di Armação de Pêra. La posizione assolutamente favorevole all'inizio dell'isola pedonale vi permetterà sia piacevoli passeggiate lungo costa sia di attraversare la strada e accedere direttamente alla spiaggia libera.

Il se situe dans un immeuble de standing au centre ville et proche de toutes les commodités (superettes, marché, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacie...). Il est situé à 40km de Faro et a 20mn de Albufeira. Il est bien localisé pour découvrir la côte oueste avec ses falaises.( praia da Marinha, Benagil, Lagos et Sagres.)
