MAGGIE'S PLACE

We would like to welcome you to "Maggie's Place" in Paremata. The entry level has the laundry and a bathroom. There are 8 steps down to a spacious modern living area and kitchen. From the entry level there are 8 stairs up to the two bedrooms master bedroom with ensuite . There are lovely walks in the area and we are minutes away from the picturesque Pauatahanui inlet. It is just a short trip to beaches, cafes, supermarket, bars and shops. We are around 23km drive to Wellington City.

Private; own floor, lounge and bathroom

Exclusive use of the top floor of this brand new home, including a queen bedroom, guest lounge with tv, books, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, and your own bathroom. Both armchairs in the guest lounge fold out to super comfortable single spring beds. If you are two people who prefer to have separate beds, please let me know ahead of time. There is a $25 extra charge per week, or part thereof, to cover laundry. Child-free home. House cat who loves pats comes with the house.

The accommodation has a private entrance and is the downstairs portion of our home. A ‘kiwi’ continental breakfast is included. We are in the seaside village of Plimmerton where you will find a general store, cafes, takeaways and restaurants. Plimmerton is a 25 minute drive away from Wellington and a 30 minute train ride to Kapiti or Wellington.

A holiday retreat, home away from home. My home is a perfect place to rest, relax and unwind. It's location is close to sea and walking along the foreshore is a wonderful way to relax and unwind. The local village has a couple of cafe and takeaway places. A 5 minute walk to the train station makes it handy to get to events at the Wellington train station and Porirua City Centre is a 10 minute drive away.
