Close to all the industrial sites in the Port Arthur/ Beaumont area. Pets allowed. Having been a traveling pipefitter, I furnished the home with everything contingent workers need to be comfortable. Two fully furnished bedrooms with queen beds, a third bedroom with a futon. There are a also a twin airbed and queen airbed in the closets. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig and drip coffee makers. There's a one car garage and the driveway will fit two more cars.

Our home also features a fully functional kitchen stocked with all essentials.

Outfitted like a hotel room there is a queen bed, bathroom, living area and kitchenette with private driveway. There is a 12-in-one oven that includes an air fryer feature, a blender and hot plate as well as a complete plate and utensil set. Simple meals will be easy to prepare. If more is required, just ask.
