With the Old Beechy Rail Trail right on our doorstep, bring your bikes to really immerse yourself in the fresh forest air. Take a 30 min trip to the Redwood Forest and nearby waterfalls, with the Forrest only 15mins away.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in Warrnambool’s prime location in this lovely 3 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 lounge rooms, 1.5 bathroom Breakwater villa ( keeping in mind there are stairs). Situated at the foothills of the stunning Otway Ranges, Croft House is a stylish three-bedroom property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

Fern Cottage - Cozy Cottage

This cozy cottage ticks all the boxes in terms of location, comfort and atmosphere - for the ultimate weekend escape in the Otways. The Cottage has it's very own Tesla Charger installed which can be used for all guests in their E-vehicles. In keeping with the energy efficient theme, the Cottage also has solar panels on the roof connected to a Tesla battery pack, it is also connected to main power just in case!

The Bay Beach Bungalow is a modern, studio style property, perfect for a lazy weekend break or as a base to spend a few days exploring the Great Ocean Road and the Otways, with all their waterfalls, scenic drives and coastal walks. The Bungalow is located directly across the road from the main beach and one minutes walk to great cafes, restaurants and shops. It is a two minute walk from the bus stop.
