It's opposite wetlands and a 20 min walk to town centre, cafes, restaurants, gallery and boutique shops. A separate side entrance and complete privacy from the main house. The apartment is 1 bedroom with queen size bed, sitting and dining area with a kitchenette. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet room. Outdoor offers an electric barbeque and an hot outdoor shower for your use.
