Master suite welcomes you with King sized bed, 32”Tv; on-suite bath & a balcony with a beautiful view. Room #2 features a full-size bed, twin trundle. Shared Community pool, hot tub, park & fishing pier. Per HOA-no "spring breakers” allowed -ALL Guests MUST BE AGE 28 or older in MARCH- except families!

Fish off the back deck, kayak, bring/rent a boat & take advantage of unparalleled water access to fish, or take a boat ride for SPI bayside dining. Cozy downstairs has all you need, spacious upstairs King bedroom.
