Our place is situated within an easy 5 min walk to the main street, restaurants and cafes & only 10 min walk to Town Beach. Our studio is a separate unit underneath our new in-town house. It has private access and opens up to a very large alfresco area with lawn & garden. Our purpose built Airbnb space is completely private but within our modern home. Seperate entry for guests via the front door. Our unit is available for 1 or 2 adults only. Soak up stunning winter sunsets over the mountains from the large [35m2] undercover deck. You have an easy 500m walk to shops/cafes & 800m to beach. The walk home is easy it’s just the last 60m to the apartment which is pretty steep. The apartments North-East aspect is perfect for warming winter sun all day & nice cool afternoon sea breeze in summer.

Light, airy and a cooling breeze make this apartment a delightful place to stay in Port Macquarie. Centrally located, you can walk to town in 15 minutes, stroll to Koolabung Reserve in 5 minutes and it's a short 2.5 km's to the beach. The flat is located in a quite cul-de-sac and has it's own private entrance from the street. A full kitchen, bathroom, air con and 2 double bedrooms make this the perfect place for four people. It's also perfect for work trips with fast wifi included.

Perfect little unit, an extension of our home used by our family and friends, now for Airbnb. The internal photos, and the view from the deck are as it is. Others are local sights. 250 mt from Oxley Beach, 400 m from Town Beach and 450 mt from Flynn's Beach, coffee at both! Coastal walking tracks 100 mt from the front door.
