This one is in front of the ocean, ocean views from every window! Has nice 2nd floor deck to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
