The neighborhood is family oriented, safe, with beautiful trees and sidewalks. The home has a garage where guests can put bikes. It is 10 minute drive to the beach and to the race track. There are restaurants and stores near by. You will love sleeping in this home with the best mattresses, black out curtains, and fans in every room.

Port Orange Proper

The Port Orange Proper has everything. DOG friendly, NO Cats Please. Dogs have to be fully house trained and owners need to know their limitations. $50.00 fee per Dog. Holidays and Special Event Bookings will not be refunded if not cancelled 30 days in advance!!!! Centrally located between Daytona Beach, New Symrna Beach and downtown Flagler Avenue. Bring your boat and your Bike. Plenty of parking for Trucks and Trailers. MUST BE RESPECTFUL AND MINDFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS!!!

Our "Beach House"

The garage is not part of the rental as we have personal items stored in there. Our "Beach House" is 10 minutes from Daytona Beach - close to the beach, Daytona Speedway, shopping, restaurants, downtown entertainment, etc. We are 1 hour from Orlando attractions. Our neighborhood is a very quiet, suburban neighborhood. Sorry - NO bikes. Some renters might find this too restrictive, if this is you, we ask that you do not rent with us. Our property is not pet friendly.
