Fully furnished one bedroom self catering unit. Bedroom has a double bed and built in cupboards. The kitchen has all utensils and crockery as well as an eye level oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer combo, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is not en-suite but is private and has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. TV including Dstv premium package and uncapped wi-fi. Undercover patio has a wood / charcoal barbecue. Private entrance & secure parking. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit.

Fully kitted with an inverter and solar panels, as well as 3 x 5,000 litre jojo tanks filled with council water, you will never be without electricity or water. We have a beautiful swimming pool with sea views for days. Ramsgate main blue flag beach & Waffle House are just a 1km walk, taking the stone steps at the end of our street. Complimentary cleaning twice weekly.

Walking distance to semi-private beach or 3-minute drive to life-guarded beach. Listen to the ocean while having a BBQ on the patio, or enjoy the local cuisine at various restaurants and takeaways nearby. Lots of activities in the area to keep young and old entertained. Located on the fourth floor, not suitable for someone who cannot climb stairs.

This friendly coastal village is warm year round & home to Umdoni Forest boasting good birds fauna & flora
