Stylish 2-bed, 1-bath duplex with a peaceful lake-view backyard and BBQ area. Nestled in a vibrant village with a spa, dining spots, coffee shop, bar, and pizzeria. Community firepit, two pools (one heated), and scenic beach paths. A short stroll to pristine beaches. Sleeps 5 with 1 queen bed, 3 bunks, a cozy sectional, and a big TV. Includes bicycles and beach chairs for a perfect getaway! Parking: Shared driveway—please park on the right. Extra parking by the pool, about a 2-minute walk away.

Enjoy this spacious serene setting ! Like the FB page by searching for Calypso Light Haus. (There are more pictures there including “albums” with each of the 3 floors with furnishings & the opportunity to contact us with questions.) We fell in love with this newer (2016) custom-built estate when trying to decide if we wanted to be in the mts. or by the ocean. This combines both the gorgeous views experienced when in a chalet amidst pine trees & water views with Cape San Blas in the distance.

The Paws-Beach/Bay Access/Pet Friendly

Our two spacious homes are pet-friendly with fenced-in yards and a joining elevated walkway. Sandy Paws has 5 bedrooms for 10 guests with bathrooms on all 3 levels while Sunny Paws has 2 bedrooms for 4 guests with 2 bathrooms. Each house has a large deck with a screened-in porch, perfect for viewing beautiful sunrises and evening sunsets over the gulf. Sink your toes into the white sands of the emerald Forgotten Coast of Cape San Blas, only a 7-minute walk and a 4-minute walk to the bay!

Our spacious home is pet friendly with a fenced-in yard. This house has 5 bedrooms that sleep 12 guests with bathrooms on all 3 levels and a large deck, perfect for early morning coffee soaking in beautiful sunrises or evening cocktails enjoying amazing sunsets over the gulf. - Free Paddle board for use durning stay - 60 yards to beach side pool, and beach access - Everything you need for the beach is at the house, toys, chairs, floats, coolers, and beach cart provided by host - Gulf views from your private balconies, one of the best places to watch the sunset on the Cape - Propane grill - Parking for two cars - Strong wifi in entire home. Occasionally the entire Cape does experience network outages. - Washer and dryer - 2 pools, Pickle ball courts.

The perfect retreat. This 2 separate bedroom RV has all of the simple luxuries needed. Located close to everything. 1000 feet from the intercoastal boat ramp do not even need to get on the highway. Small semi private lake with access but mainly for the view of the water. 6 miles to Mexico Beach or St Joe Beach. 20 minutes to the Dead Lakes. 30 miles to Panama City.
