The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Lemon Tree Cottage

Depending on availability we are happy to discuss early access and/or later departure times. This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Our beautiful Waterfront Cottage is at the shores of Port Stephens in a place called Tahlee, a 170 acre property. Absolute waterfront, stunning views. The colonial style interior of the cottage invites you to dive into a time and space far away from our busy lives these days. It is a 1-bedroom cottage with queen size bed and waterview, an extraordinary bathroom, a kitchen for self-catering and a living room with TV. *No potable water to cottage - Filtered rain water tank available on site

This newly renovated 3-bedroom cottage is only footsteps to the historic Morpeth village and 5 minute drive to the new Maitland Hospital. Browse boutiques, enjoy a coffee in one of the many quaint cafes, relax with a picnic along the banks of the Hunter River, restaurants, wine bar and heritage pubs at your doorstep. Gouig Cottage is only a 30 min drive to Newcastle and 40 min to Pokolbin.

Small dogs welcome, but check with us first. The emphasis at Swimmers’ Rest is to slow down, kick back and enjoy!

Welcome to our charming cottage, a haven for up to 6 guests. The Cottage is Inclusive of 2 cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with sofa bed and a dining area, alongside all the essential bathroom amenities. A shared Laundry is available. Located a short stroll from pristine Shoal and Fingal Beaches , this centrally positioned Shoal Bay retreat offers easy access to everything you may need.

Jess Cottage

Beautiful garden cottage only 250m from the beach. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants and the legendary Shoal Bay Country Club. Due to work I can’t be on site at all times to sort out linen. Please bring your own sheet sets and towels, toiletries. I can arrange linen and towels through a 3rd party at an additional cost, just ask and I’ll get you a price. Hope you love the bay as much as I do.
