Nelson Bay Getaway - short walk to two beaches

A beautifully located home, 5 minutes walk to Little Beach and to Shoal Bay beach, close to the Lighthouse, cafes, restaurants, shops and Marina. Pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard. A large boat ramp is a minute away. Accommodation for 6 people in 3 rooms, with a main and an ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedrooms have a queen and a double bed. There is an outdoor alfresco undercover dining area and BBQ. All linen is supplied including beach towels.

It's absolute waterfront just metres to the waters edge.You can fish, swim, kayak direct from your backyard. Located right on the Tiligerry Peninsula take a stroll along the koala habitat to the Albatross Marina or sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite drink while taking in the beautiful view.

Pull up to your free off-street, covered private parking space with fenced area for your dog. The property provides a sunny garden courtyard, equipped with a BBQ. It is air-conditioned, has a flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave/oven cooktop, a lounge area, and a bathroom.

Located just a 6 minute walk to the beach and cafes, the house is split over two levels which allows families to have their own sleeping spaces. With a vast outdoor area which opens to a large in ground pool and backyard, you could spend hours just relaxing at home or enjoy the amazing attractions that Port Stephens has to offer.

Our family getaway is walking distance to the village centre (with a grocery store, family-style restaurants and the local pub) and a quick car ride away from Birubi and One Mile Beach. At home you can spend time by the pool, relax in the outdoor entertaining space, sleep in quality beds and cook with everything you need for a delicious feast. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), small groups up to 8 people, and furry friends (pets).

Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & a 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bushland. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO--dogs on beds or lounges. NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!

Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults.
