Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

A large boat ramp is a minute away. Accommodation for 6 people in 3 rooms, with a main and an ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedrooms have a queen and a double bed. There is an outdoor alfresco undercover dining area and BBQ. All linen is supplied including beach towels.

NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!
