The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Perfect location for kayaking, canoeing, golfing, bicycling, fishing, crabbing, scenic walks. Nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek that leads to the nearby Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, enjoy outdoor privacy, beauty, and nature yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, and boating. Parties and events are not allowed.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.
