Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

It's on a quiet road on the North Devon coast, ideally placed for those who enjoy the outdoors, with coastal walking on the doorstep and wonderful beaches all within easy reach (Woolacombe being the nearest surfing beach.) Perfect for those who enjoy comfort, lots of bathrooms (huge hot water cylinder), very comfortable beds and bedding. Large dining room table, perfect for family meals or large groups of friends.

Thorpe is a detached, contemporary, 5 bedroom coastal house with stunning views to the sea and a short walk to the beach and town. This 1930's house was extensively modernized in 2008 (as featured on BBC1 Homes programme) to provide luxury accommodation throughout. A sunken hot tub in the front decking enjoys the best views of Woolacombe beach. Thorpe is a family home, maintained to a high standard throughout. The Beach Hut, Parade House. Our luxury 2 bedroom, self contained Duplex, has been recently built and is part of the prestigious Parade House development, in beautiful Woolacombe, Devon. Here you will find luxury self catering accommodation, with a large open plan living space with a private outside dining balcony. You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

Blue Pebbles is a modern two-bedroom split-level house (sleeping 4) with balcony, terrace and magnificent sea views. It is close to all three beaches: Combesgate, Barricane and Woolacombe. Combesgate Beach is almost opposite and it is less than a ten minute walk along the Esplanade, to Woolacombe’s famous beach (voted The Times Beach of the Year 2021). The coastal path is also directly opposite. Blue Pebbles is ideal for couples, families with children and well-behaved dogs.
