Pentire is a large, five-bedroom detached modern retreat with open-plan living and breathtaking sea views. It sits on a cliff overlooking the charming seaside village of Porthtowan and its pretty sandy, Blue-Flag beach a few minutes walk away. The village has a lovely relaxed, off-the-beaten-path feel with a selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants, plus surf hire / lessons and great walks to nearby beaches along the coast path. St Agnes is accessible by foot on the coast Path or a short drive.

Mortreth is a modern open plan property with a fully fitted kitchen, separate dining area, and a bright, airy living area. The open plan living and dining areas lead through patio doors to the private balcony with table and chairs. With views of the bay it’s a great place to watch the sun go down. Alternatively relax in the sheltered cottage garden.

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.
