The Portside Cottage is a completely and beautifully renovated property in the heart of the delightful and hugely popular conservation village of Portpatrick. It is just yards from the beach and harbour front, immediately next door to "The Port Pantry" cafe and across the street from the village's seafront pubs. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

The property is situated within the picturesque village of Portpatrick. There are 2 large bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with separate shower, and downstairs WC. The lounge has TV, Wi Fi & woodburner. There is an enclosed decked garden to the rear. The kitchen has separate fridge & freezer, dish washer & washing machine. There is a large driveway to the side. Portpatrick is situated approximately 6 miles from the main town of Stranraer.

I’ve also provided a little bistro set, at the front of the flat, which gets the sun all day and also has views down to the harbour.
