Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

PERCH - 玛莎山

PERCH yourself on the cliff at Mt Martha. This retreat hovers in the sky, suspended 30ft off the ground, 200m from the waters edge of Port Phillip Bay. Set in 1/2 an acre of private gardens running into a native bush valley below. Swimming pool within the grounds. No children, infants. No bookings on behalf of others.
