Brazos Moon: Hell's Gate Basin! Pool, Cliffside, Views, Luxury Home.

This completely renovated home is so lovely with breath-taking views of Hell's Gate Basin and Possum Kingdom Lake.  Seriously, these are the best, most interesting views available on the lake.  Brand new swimming pool, hot tub and pavillion overlooking the lake are where you will want to spend your days and evenings.  This beautiful home sleeps 12 people in 3 bedrooms and a bunk room for 6.  Two large bathrooms plus an extra double sink vanity accommodate everyone nicely.  Another full bath is in the pool pavillion. Brand new kitchen.  Free Wifi works inside and outside.  Each bedroom has a TV (not in the photos yet) and large TVs provide great viewing in the living room and in the pavillion. The fireplace in the pavillion is the best spot to gether around for fall/winter evenings and football watching.  Hot tub in pool is available to heat for $40/4-hour cycle.  (We don't profit from this - it is just the cost of the 4 gallons of propane per hour that the spa heater uses.)  We don't want to charge you if you aren't going to use it, so please select it in the optional fees as you book. Restrictions: This is the perfect place to entertain your well-mannered family and friends.  We have poured our hearts (and our dollars) into perfecting every detail of this home for your enjoyment.  Please treat it with respect.  We expect it to be returned to us in the same excellent condition we lent it to you in.  Also, we have lovely, kind neighbors on either side of us, and we value our relationship with them.  Please respect them by keeping music volume and distractions to a minimum at all times, and especially after 10pm. *No bachelor or bachelorette parties.  *Minimum age for main renter is 30 years old.  *Maximum number of guests at any time is 12.  *Owner must approve any additional guests visiting the property temporarily.  *No guests under 21 without parent or legal guardian.  *No smoking.  *No pets. A few things to note: 1.  This home has quite a few steps throughout the first level.  2 steps up from living room to dining room, 1 step down from kitchen to dining room, and more. 2.  The swimming pool is not gated.  If you have children that are not strong swimmers, PLEASE do not bring them unless you are prepared to watch them at all times, or have them wear a life jacket anytime downstairs doors are not locked. 3.  This home is on the edge of a 90 foot cliff that drops into the water.  There is a railing, but please do not bring children or others that may be tempted to climb over the fence.  No cliff diving allowed! 4.  This home is transitioning into a smart home, and there are 2 security cameras outside that are unmonitored unless there is a problem. Bring your family and come stay.  You will never want to leave!
