This year-round destination is cozy in the winter, cool in the summer. Play on the water, then relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the wraparound porch. This home is next to a protected no-wake zone so the water is perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. On the East side of PK, the most convenient location to Dallas/Ft. Worth.

Embrace the bucolic lifestyle of this quaint cabin that’s adjacent to a pasture and pond. When weather permits, we have a fire pit you may use to make S’mores right in front of your cabin. We welcome you here to enjoy rest during your travels or maybe need a quiet place that’s near the Hospital. We are 2 miles from historic downtown & close to parks & lakes. Also, I will prepare breakfast for you and deliver to your door! (Times for breakfast delivery are from 8:30 to 10am, just let me know:)

The Lazy Possum Cottage is a modern fishing cabin on the north side of Possum Kingdom Lake. This newly remodeled waterfront property offers a gentle slope to the water perfect for swimming and wading. It is usually deep enough to moor a boat or jet skis right at the shore although if the water level fluctuates you might have to tie it up a little further out or use our boat slip at the Marina less than a quarter mile away.
