Modern studio for 2 guests; private access and private parking pad; no lobby or public spaces. Located 4 blocks from Sherman Ave and nearest dining. Walking distance to shopping and Lake Coeur d'Alene (10-15 min). Half block to a Pearson's City Park. Amenities include full kitchen with coffee, smart TV, high speed WIFI, washer/dryer unit (in garage), outdoor patio and table, small lawn, and top quality linens. Kitchen fully stocked to served a meal with utensils, pots, pans, and serving ware.

There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet.
