Apartment: Very quiet apartment, first floor in renovated rebuilt factory with a beautiful inner courtyard with look at the old Villa. The apartment has a separate entrance in the west wing of a factory redeveloped in 2001 in the center of Berlin. The base is approx. 28 sqm. The ceiling height amounts to 3,20/3,25 m. By the 1.6 m wide and up to 2.5 m high windows the apartment is very bright. It is tastefully furnished. In two comfortable cocktail armchairs you can relaxe well after impressive town inspections . The double bed is equipped with a very good latex mattress. The shower is dimensioned generously. Toilet and basins are high-quality products of Villeroy & Boch and Keramac, Grohe's fittings. For self-sufficiency there are a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water and egg boiler. Cable-TV and radio are available. Surroundings: Despite the extremely quiet location, you are reaching on foot at the Potsdamer-Platz or at the subway or bus-station in 5 minutes. It is available for approaching supply (bakery, goods of the daily need or pharmacy) in the Potsdamer-Strasse or Potsdamer-Platz. Bars, discos and restaurants are at the Potsdamer-Platz and all around around the Potsdamer-Strasse. We have 4 Einfach Apartments which varies in orientation .These lofts have a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a well-equipped kitchenette with a large table for dining or working and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. These apartments have large windows which make the space look really open. The views vary from Besselpark to the north, Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz in the east, or sunny Berlin rooftops to the south.

The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area. PLEASE NOTE that subway lines U1, U3 and U4 are interrupted due to maintenance work until 10 May. There is an easy alternative to U1/3 via U2.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage, der eigenen Küche und dem Zimmer mit den 2 komfortablen Betten - frei nach dem Motto "Klein aber fein". Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare oder auch für zwei Einzelpersonen.
