This historic upstate New York family home was lovingly restored by 4th generation owners. Once a 1790 Stagecoach Stop, this 1 BR home is now the perfect stay for guests visiting Buttermilk Falls Resort & Spa, coming for a wedding in the Hudson Valley, or exploring local agritourism. Enjoy our large kitchen and sitting area, 180-degree sunroom, and newly-renovated bathroom. Our home is a duplex that sits on 5 wooded acres, and the other side of the home is also available for rent on AirBnB.

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

Stone House 1807. Comfort, Peace and Nature.

Historic 200 yr old stone cottage, on three floors, renovated to a high standard, creating a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, whilst retaining soul and character. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.

Victorian Haven

Victorian Haven is located near the Shawangunk Mountains that extends for over 20 miles and reaches 2,200 feet in height at Sam's point, the highest elevation on the ridge. In addition, the Wallkill River provides unspoiled and picturesque spots for hiking, fishing and/or picnics. Gardiner has a beautiful rail trail that follows the path of the 1860's railroad and provides a great opportunity to hike, bike or ski.

Clove Schoolhouse on Mohonk Preserve

Fully renovated schoolhouse first built in the 19th century. On Mohonk Preserve, guests have access to over 80 miles of hiking trails from the garden. Enjoy all that the region has to offer - cultural scene in New Paltz, Minnewaska State Park, Woodstock, cross-country/downhill skiing, snowshoeing, renowned cycling and mountain biking as well as rock climbing.
