Cozy-Warm-Adorable Hobbit House -Bainbridge Island

“In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.” -J.R.R. Tolkien Hand-built by our family, this warm and cozy in-hill cabin located in the lower area of our property is something right out of a Tolkien novel. Beautiful territorial views. Very LGBTQ+ and BIPOC friendly. Hope you enjoy our Shire!

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each. The gravel driveway is steep - you MUST have a an all-wheel drive.

Poulsbo Marina and Olympic View Hideaway

Stunning views of Poulsbo marina and Olympic Mountains. Centrally located on Kitsap Peninsula with easy day trips to Seattle, Port Townsend, and the Olympics. Downstairs apartment in older home one block from town with famous Sluys bakery and galleries. Includes bedroom with view of marina, separate entrance, deck, bath, office space, and living room with full-size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot. Laundry with arrangement. Quiet neighborhood so please be respectful with noise.

Cute bungalow w/ fun amenities, walk to ferry & shops! Spiral stairs lead to loft. Loft is 5ft high at it’s tallest point, it’s not a full bedroom. There’s skylights that open allowing natural light & ambient sound. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounging w/ games & smart TV. Other room has gym & fold out mattress. Enjoy BBQ & fire pit (front yard only). Ideal for couples & adults, highly not recommend for small children. Great place conveniently located in the heart of town!

Vibrant studio guest house. Every comfort was thought of as this studio was designed (and used primarily for) visiting family. This studio offers 2 queen beds (one in a bedroom that can be sectioned off with a curtain and one as a pull out sofa in the media area), a gorgeous bath with a separate sink/vanity space, a pull down desk work space and a full kitchen with an eat- in bar that seats 3. Internet: WiFi 6, Ethernet ports, 1,200 mbps ISP. 2 foldout desk options provide work spaces.
