The sun sets directly in the back of the home, so the back balcony is the perfect place to watch the sun set with friends or family.

And has a hot 2-plate, pot, pan, toaster, mini-fridge, French press, microwave, rapid boil kettle, cooking utensils and tableware.

The closest neighbors are 3 friendly donkeys that love to greet guests at the fence for attention and ear rubs. Fishing poles and donkey treats are provided to round out your stay. We're 20 scenic minutes to Slade or Stanton and 25 to Mount Sterling.
